Weekly , fortnightly or monthly inspection of your holiday home includes:

Regular holiday home Inspections
Check all contents against inventory
Perform a visual inspection of the exterior

Thoroughly air all rooms
Check for pest & vermin and recommend remedial action
Test all appliances & electrical equipment
Examine all furniture & furnishings for wear & tear

Extra Services:

Maintenance,
If we are required to buy fittings/replacements, or specialist work is necessary, this will incur an additional charge. We will inform you of any problems that may arise and quotes can be obtained for works on your behalf. Building works can also be undertaken at additional cost. Waiting for tradesmen or deliveries our Call out service will be extra charged. Any damage will be recorded on digital camera, whereby images can be emailed to the owner.

Utilities services,
Mail Box will be checked and any important mail will be dealt with. Continuity utilities services and bill payments. A monthly report will be sent to you by e-mail.

Cleaning service,
Includes cleaning of the whole property. 
 

Laundry service,
This includes laundry for all bedding and towels.  

All these services will be priced accordingly at the time of enquiry. Many will require estimates, which will be provided on request.
