It can be hard, time consuming work and it is important to be aware of the possible headaches it can involve. Our main objective is to provide personal service to you and maximise your rental income by either acting as your main agent filling your property throughout the season or working alongside you to supplement your own holiday bookings.

Bookings & Lettings Management

We will meet with clients at their holiday home, inspect your home and advise on equipment needed, whether providing basic or luxury rental. We will take photos to marketing your holiday home. Maximum rental potential, security etc. all aspects of renting. Handling enquiries from clients. Vetting clients to make sure they are suitable. Handling client complaints. Keeping booking calendars and availability charts. Keep spreadsheet records of all your rentals. Managing all bookings, taking deposits and payments and banking them for our owners, holding damage deposits and making relevant deductions if any damages. (A full holiday home check will be made before releasing the damage deposits back to your clients). Arranging cleaning and airport service, you do not pay for this services, this will be extra charged to prospective clients when a booking is taken.

Issuing your clients with booking conditions, directions and arrival instructions. Maintaining email contact with your clients from the first enquiry until they leave for Penang. Provide details on how everything works, where to dispose of rubbish, informing them of house rules and giving information on local restaurants, attractions, telephone numbers for hospitals, dentists, police etc. All administrative tasks pertaining to the above. Our number will be left with the guests in case of emergency and they will be able to contact us at any time. The cost of this total package is 20% of the total rental charge for each booking, which includes some marketing as well (excluding advertising costs). Our commission will be deducted from the booking payment and the balance is sent direct to the owners. NO BOOKINGS – NO FEES.

There is NO restrictions on the amount of weeks that are available to you for 'personal use'. Your holiday home is yours to use as you wish. However, if you take your own bookings, or require changeovers for "family and friends", these will be charged according to "Pay as you go" changeover cleaning & laundry and call out service. We will be available to supply keys to yourselves and guests if they should be lost. Guests will be charged for any replacement keys needed. We will act as the emergency contact for your guests at no extra charge.
